Any type of chicken( I like to use boneless, skinless breasts cut up)1 bottle of French dressing1/2 jar of peach or apricot preserveslots of chopped green peppers, onions, mushrooms( large chunks)Put everything in a baking dish. You may need to mix the preserves and dressing together first.Add salt and pepper. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Serve over yellow rice.Beat this one Rachel Ray.
